No doubt every day is God’s day but why have I entitled this little note as “This is The Day!” These are not my words
Mark in his Gospel account records a few sighs of Jesus. One of the sighs we read of was at the time when the Pharisees asked Jesus to show them a sign from heaven. This sigh of our Lord expressed grief over the sin of hypocrisy and unbelief. We read about this in Mark 8:11-12:
“God is greatly to be feared in the assembly of the saints, And to be held in reverence by all those around Him” (Psalm 89:7)
“For My people have committed two evils: They have forsaken Me, the fountain of living waters, And hewn themselves cisterns – broken cisterns that can hold no water.” (Jeremiah 2:13)
